About – Caro Munoz

Hi! I’m Caro, a UX Designer based in the Bay Area.

Creativity has always been a part of my life, from cooking and dancing to photography and branding. Through traveling and being an immigrant, it’s the individual lived experiences that inspire me and drive my interest to get to the bottom of every story. My curiosity directs my mission to understand the user and their needs as a UX Designer.

With over 10 years of experience in customer service, I understand the importance of identifying and meeting each individual's needs. In the hair industry, I connected with every client at their most vulnerable state, build trust through listening, and created confidence by bringing their visions to life. In both customer service and UX design, I focus on open and active communication, which helps with the development of empathy, a growth mindset, and success.

As a UX designer, I want to work in an organization that fosters an inclusive environment. I’m looking forward to collaborating with a team of creatives, where together we can make memorable products that will evolve. I bring a strong thirst for knowledge, and ability to navigate through ambiguity, and the belief that anything is possible with effort and strategy.
